Every solution is supported by solid infrastructure, with facilities, storage systems, and technology designed to enable smooth operations and meet international standards.

  • Facility Size: Total building area of 1,133 m².
  • Storage Capacity: 1 freezer chamber; fruit, dairy, and deli cold rooms; 3 defrosting chambers; pastry cold room; chef’s cold room; blast chiller; general cold room; cold assembly room; 1 holding box; 2 dry storage rooms; 1 chemical storage; and 2 airline materials storage areas.
  • Technology: Remote cold-room monitoring system, biometric access, Medisoftware for health & safety, industrial dishwasher, INAC certifications (RAV111, RAV109 in process), local sanitary/fire approvals, backup power, and paperless/recycling initiatives.
  • Fleet Details: 4 trucks (3 for wide-body aircraft, 1 for narrow-body) and 1 van for small services and crew transfers.
  • Recent Investments: Renovation of cold room and freezer chamber.
