Paulo Teixeira
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Teixeira became GCG’s CEO in 2019, having served as a board member since 2000. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years at the LSG Group, holding
various executive roles, including Vice President of Finance for Latin America and Chief Operating Officer. With over 24 years of industry-specific
experience and more than 30 years in roles related to business
development, M&A, operations, strategy, and finance, he brings extensive expertise to the company.

Chief Financial Officer at GCG since 2020.

Ms. Allen has been with GCG since 2020. Before that, she worked with the LSG Group for over 30 years in various executive roles within the finance sector. Her experience ranges from serving as a station controller for multiple locations in the U.S. and the U.K. to serving as Vice President of Finance, Legal, and Procurement in Latin America. She possesses extensive international experience in managing, supervising, and executing complex projects related to financing, integration, and reporting.

Chief Operating Officer at GCG, leading operations and expansion initiatives.

Bruno is responsible for shaping and implementing GCG’s global operations strategy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and top-tier performance across the company’s international network. His leadership scope includes Sky Dining, Culinary Solutions, Aviation Support, and Airport Dining, where he manages operational systems, promotes the development and sharing of best practices, and sets service performance benchmarks that reflect GCG’s commitment to excellence.

With over twenty years at GCG, Bruno has built a career marked by leadership roles in business development, procurement, and operational excellence. He led the company’s successful expansion into ground handling services and has played a key role in many mergers and acquisitions, as well as directing strategic projects that have strengthened GCG’s position as an industry leader.

Chief Commercial Officer at GCG, overseeing commercial strategy and diversification.
Mr. Mayorga has been with GCG for over 25 years, holding various roles from station manager to regional manager for Latin American operations. He was recently appointed Chief Commercial Officer. He has overseen the expansion of Latin American operations and led the diversification strategy into industrial catering, as well as other verticals such as cleaning and facilities
Head of M&A at GCG, leading mergers, acquisitions, and post-deal integration.

Mr. Garcia has served as Head of M&A at GCG for over eight years. Prior to this role, he was Regional Structured Finance Manager for Cemex in South and Central America and the Caribbean. With more than 20 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, and investment banking, he has collaborated with global organizations including Cemex, S&P Global, and Bancolombia. He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and has successfully led numerous transactions, overseeing the entire process from origination to post-acquisition integration across diverse geographies.

Executive Director of Excellence & Integration, focused on quality and post-acquisition processes.
Mr. Zentilli has been with GCG for over 26 years, holding various executive positions from country general manager to roles in lean manufacturing, HACCP, and safety management. As Director of Excellence and Integration, he is responsible for ensuring top-quality standards for our customers across three divisions and leading the post-acquisition integration processes. His work is strongly focused on continuous improvement, driving process efficiency, and strengthening operational competitiveness across the organization.
Human Resources Executive Director at GCG since 2014.
Ms.Pantoja joined GCG in 2014, bringing extensive experience of over 20 years as a Human Resources executive for various multinational corporations, including Kmart and Sears. She is responsible for managing the HR strategy for the GCG group across four business lines and all locations, in coordination with the cluster HR teams. She is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources by both the HR Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resources Management and holds a BBA from the University of Puerto Rico.

Oversees multi-station aviation support services across Latin America and the Caribbean, including ground handling operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Florida International University and brings over a decade of leadership experience in sales, CRM, and operations management. OSHA certified and recognized for connecting commercial strategy with operational execution, Carlos has driven revenue growth, streamlined processes, and improved safety and service standards, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and long-term value for GCG’s airline partners.
Head of Airport Dining at GCG, leading commercial strategy and operations across locations.

Executive with over 20 years of experience in airport concessions, business leadership, and strategic management. Proven track record of securing more than $200 million in new contracts and leading high-impact teams at organizations like GCG and Areas USA. Holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. Skilled in data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and strategy execution, with a focus on optimizing operations, increasing revenue, and fostering innovation.

Head of Culinary Solutions at GCG, responsible for driving profitability and innovation across institutional catering services.

Finance and business executive with 25 years of experience leading financial management and business operations across South America. Previously, as Cluster Financial Controller, he managed multi-country financial strategies, ensuring efficiency and growth. CPA-certified, with expertise in business planning, financial management, and operational leadership, he consistently delivers results in competitive markets.

A seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in market expansion, business development, and strategic leadership across the Caribbean and Latin America. Ainsley Rajkumar has a proven track record of driving growth, leading organizational transformation, and developing innovative business strategies for major global companies, including GCG, British American Tobacco, The Coca-Cola Company, and Kraft Foods.

Currently serving as Cluster General Manager, South Caribbean at GCG , Ainsley Rajkumar oversees operations in multiple countries, leading significant growth initiatives and driving operational efficiency. His leadership has been instrumental in turning around businesses, implementing restructuring measures, and guiding companies through periods of challenge and recovery.

Cluster General Manager for the North Caribbean at GCG.
Executive with 25+ years of experience driving business growth and operational efficiency. As CEO of Eulen America and Areas USA, led teams of over 3,500 employees and achieved $350M in revenue through organic expansion. Recognized expert in strategy, business development, and international growth, with a proven track record of increasing EBITDA and profitability. Holds an Engineering degree, an MBA from IESE, and a certification in Leadership and Strategy from HEC Paris. Known for an analytical approach, strong leadership, and a results-driven mindset.

My specialties include business leadership, problem-solving, and making decisions based on data. I hold executive certifications from Universidad Austral de Chile and Universidad de Montevideo. I am experienced in creating strategies to improve efficiency and strengthen market position, emphasizing long-term growth and sustainability.
